The denim mask is a different story. As a ubiquitously worn material, denim symbolizes simplicity and resilience. From its origins as workwear to its status in modern fashion, denim has undergone a remarkable transformation, becoming a symbol of freedom and rebellious spirit. However, denim represents not only freedom but also the burdens and pressures that ordinary people bear in society, which is why I’ve employed deconstruction and reconstruction design techniques. The denim mask design retains the raw texture of the material while reinterpreting its significance through a modern fashion lens.
